How Are Water Tanks Manufactured?

A significant shared feature among all our tanks is their high protection against ultraviolet (UV) radiation. UV resistance prevents algae growth and bacterial production within the stored liquid. Another common aspect is the utilization of state-of-the-art production methods and equipment. How Are Plastic Water Tanks Manufactured?

These tanks are produced using LLDPE (Linear Low-Density Polyethylene) raw material, also known as polyethylene. The raw material used in production comes in various variations available across Asia, Europe, America, and Africa. The highest-quality tank production aligns with European standards and utilizes raw materials adhering to these standards. As a company, we use top-grade LLDPE material imported from Europe for our manufacturing. Especially in the production of colored tanks, we avoid altering natural white material with various chemicals for coloring. Instead, we employ original colored raw materials for each tank, ensuring the authenticity of colors in the manufacturing process.

Another critical aspect to consider when producing tanks using polyethylene material is the quality of molds used and the expertise of skilled personnel in the field. In the production using rotational mold technology, it's essential that tank molds are of high quality, smooth, capable of withstanding high temperatures, and designed to prevent issues like jamming during the tank extraction process. Furthermore, personnel managing the production process should possess experience and expertise. As a company, we prioritize all these factors. Upon the completion of the production process using rotational mold technology and high-quality raw materials, water tanks undergo various processes to reach their final form. Tanks, upon removal from the molds, undergo a comprehensive inspection. Factors such as cracking, deformation, tearing, and other defects are thoroughly examined. If the tank doesn't exhibit any issues stemming from the manufacturing process, it undergoes a general cleaning and smoothing procedure. After these steps, sleeves for attaching accessories like taps or drainage pipes are mounted on the tanks. Once these processes are complete, the tanks, ready to be stocked, have their top covers attached based on their cap size, thus concluding all stages.

Polyester Water Tanks Carefully Crafted by Our Experts

Unlike plastic models, these tanks are handcrafted. There is no baking process involving any molds or machines. These tanks are produced using polyester resins and fiberglass reinforcement. With a layered reinforcement structure, these tanks are designed to accommodate various liquids, making them among the most versatile storage options. This attribute also renders them a popular choice for underground use. The tanks are joined using specialized adhesives and reinforcing materials. Additionally, the utilization of special adhesives and fiberglass ensures a leak-proof body structure.

Due to our tanks being entirely handcrafted, they offer more advantages for customization compared to tanks made from polyethylene material. Areas like lid spaces, connection points, ladder areas, legs, and all other additional components can be customized as desired. Thanks to the corrosion and decay-resistant body structure of polyester water tanks, they provide a significant advantage over concrete or metal tanks. This ensures the long-term preservation of the stored water or liquids.

Stainless Steel Water Tank Production Offers Key Advantages

Among the various storage solutions available, our tanks made from stainless steel offer unique advantages. These tanks are produced using AISI 304 and AISI 316 stainless steel sheets. Blocks of sheet metal obtained in mold form undergo various bending, cutting, and welding processes to become tanks. As our tanks are entirely handcrafted by our experts, they possess a flexible design architecture like tanks made from fiberglass material.
 
Stainless steel sheets can be bent, cut, and welded into desired shapes. This allows our tanks to be manufactured in various capacities and dimensions. Moreover, all additional components can be customized according to customer preferences. Connection sockets, lid areas, size, capacity, ladder compartments, level indicators, and thickness of the material can all be modified.
