Karmod Composite Plastic Ltd. Co. Return Policy

Introduction:

This return policy applies to products sold by Karmod Composite Plastic Ltd. Co. ("Karmod"). This policy aims to establish a clear and fair procedure for customers to return or exchange products they have purchase. Our policy is designed to consider both customer rights and the interests of our company.

Scope:

This return policy applies to all products sold by Karmod through its website or authorized dealers.

Warranty Terms:

a) Karmod products are under warranty for 1 year from the date of purchase.

b) Damage to products caused by natural disasters (earthquake, fire, flood, etc.) is not covered by the warranty.

c) Our products are not covered by the warranty if they are used for storage of chemicals.

d) If the product is repaired or replaced within the warranty period and covered by the warranty, the transportation and accommodation costs will be borne by the BUYER.

e) In case of malfunction or damage, the documents requested by KARMOD and the photographs taken from 30 cm, 2 m and 10 m distances from the damaged part must be sent in order to the malfunction to be detected correctly and for the appropriate materials and team to be sent for repair. Otherwise, even if the product is under warranty, the service will not be sent; KARMOD will not be responsible for this.

f) In cases outside the scope of the warranty, the spare parts and labor costs required for repair or replacement will be charged to the BUYER.

Return Period:

Customers can return products within 15 days from the purchase date.

Return Conditions:

Products must be returned in their original packaging with their invoices. Products must be unused, undamaged and in a saleable condition. Custom orders or personalized products cannot be returned.

Return Process:

Customers must fill out the "Contact Form" at https://karmodplastic.com to initiate the return process. The customer must clearly state the order number and the reason for return to send the return request. Karmod customer service will review the request and provide the customer with a return authorization number. Customers must return the product to Karmod with the authorization number and invoice. Once the product reaches Karmod, the return request will be processed and the customer will be informed within 15 days.

Refunds:

Refunds for approved returns will be made with the original payment method within 15 days.

Exceptions:

This return policy may not apply to products sold under discounts, promotions or special offers. Karmod reserves the right to change the return policy without notice.
